Have you updated your WordPress website to WordPress 4.3, are you even going to. As web-masters it is our responsibility to run our WordPress websites and tend to the general sometimes mundane task of ensuring a functional healthy website.
I am no expert web-master and I enjoy the ease of running a WordPress site so I generally go with the WordPress flow and update my website fairly quickly.I am not privy to all the pro’s and cons as to why you should or why you shouldn’t.
I just know for my own ease of having a good functional site for people who land on my website I generally update my WordPress fairly quickly and to date this task has served me well and allowed me to get on with the other tasks at hand of running a website and building my business.
So here is some relevant information from WordPress on the new update to WordPress 4.3 and the benefits and changes you can expect.
Your writing flow just got faster with new formatting short-cuts in WordPress 4.3. Use asterisks to create lists and number signs to make a heading. No more breaking your flow; your text looks great with a
*
and a #
.
The formatting short-cuts I am enjoying although at this stage I have only played with the WordPress 4.3 update for about an hour but the short cuts are proving time value.
This is a pretty cool feature that has been added with the new WordPress update that I am yet to use, but you can bet I will most definitely give this one a whirl
Site icons represent your site in browser tabs, bookmark menus, and on the home screen of mobile devices. Add your unique site icon in the customizer; it will even stay in place when you switch themes. Make your whole site reflect your brand.
Keep your site more secure with WordPress’ improved approach to passwords. Instead of receiving passwords via email, you’ll get a password reset link. When you add new users to your site or edit a user profile, WordPress will automatically generate a secure password.
Create your menu, update it, and assign it, all while live-previewing in the customizer. The streamlined customizer design provides a mobile-friendly and accessible interface. With every release, it becomes easier and faster to make your site just the way you want it.
Refinements to the list view across the admin make your WordPress more accessible and easier to work with on any device.
All new pages that you create will have comments turned off. Keep discussions to your blog, right where they’re supposed to happen.
Customizing your WordPress website quickly and smoothly has always been a bone of contention but this new feature to come through in the update if it works as it says it is supposed to, it will certainly go a long way in squashing this conversation.
Wherever you are on the front-end, you can click the customize link in the tool-bar to swiftly make changes to your site.
Conclusion
There are a few more tools and features that came through with this update and many I have not had the chance to experience yet but all in all from my own perspective so far I have welcomed this reason fresh WordPress update with more smiles and phew than complaint.

Have a great day.
Super excited to be doing this review on the WpFreshstart 2.0 plugin today. I purchased this product about a week ago. The product being a WordPress plugin made an easy choice for me.
I use WordPress on all my sites, so when I first reviewed this plugin in action and the reasonable price, the decision to purchase it was easy.
Why ? well the plugin once installed builds your compliance pages and so much more. I got in early and honestly so glad I did.
The plugin for an unlimited personal license is less then $30 Australian dollars.
So my decision to purchase was made easy, as I had a definite use for the WpFreshstart 2.0 plugin.
I have several websites and most are no longer compliant and personally the thought of having to try and build out my own compliance pages just didn’t excite me at all. So I was reviewing my options, but I knew I didn’t have many and went in search for software to help me do this.
During my review period of my site and scanning countless solutions I came across WpFreshstart which turned out to be a whole lot more then just a compliance plugin.
Back to my review on this plugin. Well after purchasing I went into the members area to review any tutorials they had, not that I needed them the plugin is one of the simplest to use that I have come across in a long time.
So to keep this review short, from start to finish the whole process was a pleasure. The plugin was easy to install and activate and the process only took me 7 minutes from start to finish.
Watch my video below for a review and live demo I did installing and using the plugin on one of my sites.
I hope this review has been helpful to you in understanding just how powerful this plugin can be to anyone running websites on-line.
If you purchase this great plugin for your WordPress sites or have already been using this plugin I would love to here from you in the comments below.
